USI Global is a Taiwanese electronics manufacturer with 22,000 employees across 30 production sites. I led the Mendix CoE setup and digital transformation — consolidating 10 fragmented legacy systems into a single platform covering 70+ approval workflows. Result: 30% faster development and a unified foundation for enterprise-wide process transformation.
Macnica · Japan
Macnica is Japan's leading Mendix partner and one of the country's largest IT distributors. We set up the Macnica DX Factory — a Mendix CoE enabling both internal application development and customer-facing projects. As tech lead, I coached the development teams, embedded Agile ways of working, and set up the technical governance and development processes. The factory became the foundation for Macnica's Mendix practice across Japan.

I inherited a fragmented 120+ app landscape: inconsistent versions, database performance issues, no CI/CD, no maintenance process, organisational silos. I partnered with the technical counterpart and secured Program Owner sponsorship to rebuild the foundation over 18 months. Delivered applications in sustainability and MES.

I led development of finance applications on top of SAP for nationwide use — serving ~2,500 government users. I supported the purchasing processes of a national infrastructure and water management authority, replacing the previous way of working to improve grip on purchases, budgets, and fraud prevention. I partnered with a major systems integrator to connect the application to several security-sensitive government SAP systems.
PCBflow · Israel
I led the 1.5-year development and delivery of Siemens PCBflow, a secure, cloud-based platform accelerating the design-to-manufacturing handoff for printed circuit boards. Built in collaboration with two global Siemens teams — the Israeli team behind the original product (acquired by Siemens), and a Siemens engineering team in India — to bring it to a successful global launch. Still part of the Siemens portfolio today.
Where this is heading
Platforms are converging on the same capabilities.
AI-assisted development and low-code are converging fast. Most platforms are building the same capabilities into their core: compliance controls, AI integration, agentic workflows. That convergence makes the platform itself less of a differentiator than it used to be.
What still varies enormously between organisations is the foundation underneath the platform — governance, architecture discipline, and the ability to scale past the first few applications. That gap doesn't close on its own.
This is where I focus: helping organisations build that foundation, independent of which platform they land on.

I've worked with enterprise IT teams across APAC and Europe — defining strategies, governing platforms at scale, managing complex delivery programmes, and building the organisational foundations that make transformation stick. I built my career inside Mendix and Siemens — starting at Mendix NL, then brought to Seoul in 2022 by Siemens Korea to deliver a worldwide GTM application for a global enterprise client. That engagement rooted me in the region and shaped how I approach the work.
A track record with enterprise clients in Korea, Taiwan, Japan, and Europe. Working in these markets also means understanding the local dynamics — how decisions move, how consensus forms, and where relationship trust shapes every programme. English and Dutch. What does a Maturity Assessment include?
A structured review across six dimensions: platform usage, team capability, governance, architecture, AI readiness, and organisational maturity. The output is a scored report that I discuss with you — either right away or in a planned follow-up — to pinpoint the topics worth setting up or improving. It's a collaborative starting point, not a document drop.
Do you work outside Asia?
Yes. I work worldwide, remote-first. I've delivered for clients in Korea, Taiwan, Japan, the Netherlands, and beyond. Large timezone differences are manageable — we discuss upfront how to structure communication so it works for both sides.
Can you work alongside our existing team?
Yes. I do hands-on delivery, work alongside your existing developers, or both. Some clients need me to deliver; others need me to coach and guide their team. Most engagements end up being a mix — I adapt to what the situation actually requires.
How are engagements scoped and priced?
I scope and price after an initial conversation. There's no fixed rate card — engagements vary by size, duration, and complexity. I'll be direct about what makes sense.
